Dar Mansour

The Mansours rose late among the great houses of Mehirea, forged in blood during the Wars of Revenge under Qehar Fa₭ier the Desecrator. Their founder, Salman Al Mansour of Ramela, was Qehar's comrade and fiercest commander. In the conquest he slew Areb Safwan, Wally of the Ascent, and destroyed Dar Safwan root and stem.

From the fertile Plain Gardens, he built Mansoureya, raising the fortress Ħisnanasr and claiming the valley that fed the Crowndom. He took wives and captives, fathering many sons who founded the Bloodbounds of Dar Mansour, while his generals became Oathbounds sworn to his banner.

Proud, rich, and brutal, the Mansours remain rulers of the Ascent, wealthiest of the Dars, their strength rooted in land and grain. Their sword is the Bleshtean steel blade held by Salman, known as Nasser.
